Field Notes’ Aaron Draplin, on finding an antique leather pouch stamped with a U.S. Postal Service insignia: “I marveled at the simplicity and beauty of the piece. Thick leather and beefy sewing, with an indestructible snap.â€Â It fits three of the Field Notes Memo Books perfectly. They took that as a sign to partner with Tanner Goods of Portland, Oregon and get some made up.
Each pouch is hand-tooled from premium American leather. They have been using ’em for a couple years now, the leather gets darker, softer, and more supple with time and use.Â
- Mixed three pack of Field Notes Notebooks included.
